We didn't need to know about your pillow. But thanks for sharing.
I'm making a fruit cake.
Sorry, I didn't mean that you have depression, therefore mentaly ill, therefore a fruit cake. I just ment I am making a fruit cake, for Christmas. It's a Christmas cake. I'm making it for you. Sorry.
It is nutty.
Your not nutty, the cake. The cake has fruit and nuts.
Gee mate, you've slammed down an awesome couple of reflective posts.
Depression sucks.
I've also wondered myself about the balance between being a sensitive person (sometimes I have feelings - happens about once every three weeks) and being a provocateur. As someone who likes to ask annoying questions and "encourage" people to think through issues... and potentially offend people, is there a difficulty in justifying that when I'm likely to get hurt when people say stuff that I may have just misinterpreted... Hmmm. Your thoughts? (If you can successfully decipher what the hell I was talking about.)
Jonny you are a very funny man. Catch ya soon :)
Thanks Jerome. I've been feeling pretty reflective lately. As for being sensitive and provoking I also find it very hard.
I think having people around me who understand me well (eg. Mikey or Christine) and can give me feedback without me getting upset, has really helped. I also think blogging regularly has helped me to have thicker skin.
