An epic tale of woe Part #3
19 September 2008
With only a few more minor things to sort out my fun little sports car met a sticky end. It was fully insured but it's impossible to regain the time effort and money that I spent. The insurance company has decided to write off the whole car. I may sound matter of fact about it but I can assure you the whole matter is pretty upsetting especially because I didn't crash it.

I don't think people like my posts about cars.
Maybe if I have a conversation with myself in the comments then people will get curious. More comments = more readers...?
Hi Mike how are you today?
I'm fine thanks. I have a bit of a cough/sore throat again which sucks. You?
Yeah pretty good. Played netball last night. We lost by a point which sucked but it was a good game.
Awesome.
This is getting a little silly isn't it.
Um yes.
I'm sure lots of people read the post. Just didn't know what to say (apart from "that sucks").
Sorry to hear it, anyway.
So what happened to it? Someone rammed it?
This is a hot topic. Blog stats are up!
To be honest.. I'm not so excited about the cars.. ;)
Who crashed the car?? Don't leave us hanging!
Never mind. Just keep checking Christine's blog and I'm sure everything will be revealed.
I really came to comment out of sympathy, not because there were 14 comments :). I hate reading comments threads, especially about controversial topics like cars. So sorry all your work was wasted . . . I guess you learnt a lot in the process though?
I've learnt to have a lot more sympathy for boys and their car woes since getting married!
Man it doesn't take much to write a car off these days. Looks like nothing more than a bent bonnet.
Hey Mike how come you answer your own questions but not ours, huh, huh?? How did it happen? We're all waiting with bated breath.
Perhaps, Mike hasn't responded because he did not want to implicate his wife who was in after work traffic, eager to get home to her husband ...
It's a sad subject to address. So it's best to just leave it as Mike did and not discuss it.
ha! i mean oops...
