Are Christians Capitalists or Socialists?

It's a good question and we'll be looking at it this Sunday.

Taxing businesses and the rich in order to redistribute wealth to the poor and needy is what is being described here.
This is not a suggestion by God to his people, it is an order. It is legislation.
Of course a passage like this does not prove that the bible supports socialist economics. What it does prove, though, is that it doesn't condemn it.
So what was the verdict?
