There is so much wrong in this picture*...

And I'm not talking about bad fashion.

Welcome to middle America - home of the closet racist. Not all of us are like that, I promise.

You think Ohio Christians should support baby-murdering muslims for president??

of course

so is one of the american presidential candidates a baby-murdering muslim?

Anthony, unfortunately that is the rumor about Barack Obama. I get emails from elderly conservatives in my church weekly trying to convince me that Obama is Arab, which shouldn't matter anyway, and that he loves terrorists and that he is a Muslim, which again shouldn't matter.

He is pro-choice but believes that abortion is wrong. Hence "baby-murdering muslim."

The other day a woman stood up at a John McCain rally and said, "I don't trust Obama. I've been reading about him and he is an Arab." To which McCain quickly shook his head and said, "No. No Obama is a Christian and a good American. You don't have to be afraid of him. We disagree on fundamentals of how our government should run. If I didn't believe that I would be a better president I wouldn't be running."

This is one of the only times McCain or his running mate have tried to quell these rumors. At one rally a person yelled "Kill him!" when Obama was mentioned. Needless to say things have gotten inappropriate and intense. Thank God the hope of the world isn't a politician or a government.

joeyspiegel is the baby murdering muslim here. not obama. mccain's decision to go to iraq has already lead to the deaths of over 1 million innocent people and with him in office there will still be abortions because he supports it. what a great position you have here... you must realize that the majority of the world will not agree with you on this and you posted it for your own gain and attention since you seem to lack it.

Anonymous, are you the guy holding up the sign? Bout the same amount of logic going on.

Maybe the sign isn't referring about Obama at all. Maybe it means this lady.

The are, I've just found out, fourteen presidential candidates, including one from the Prohibition Party.

Interestingly, Obama is also the nominee for the Working Families Party (say it with me, "Working families...") and the United Citizens Party.

Ah, I love Wikipedia.

Who are you voting for, Shiloh?

I would love to find people like this so I could stand next to them with other placards to try and make them look even more hilariously stupid by association.

ie "INCEST IS A RIGHT"

Man, I don't want to reply, this thread has comments enough already, but Swil, you've made me.

"... because we are PROTESTANTS so we don't NEED your papal dispensation" (remember, it's not a right for all :p)

hehe, I had a funny conversation with an Irish bloke about this once - Irish-irish, so catholic background. So you don't need papal dispensation anymore, of course, but you still need some sort of church approval to marry your cousin - imagine this with an Irish accent "These days it's more along the lines of 'Now are you SURE no one else will have you? oh, okay then.'"!! :)

... it is a very pretty horse.
